If the waste to be processed falls into one of the above categories, CALIFORNIA Bio-Mass, Inc., can begin your job upon receipt and approval of the following:
1. A completed CALIFORNIA Bio-Mass, Inc., Waste Generator Pre-qualification Questionnaire; and a Waste Hauler Profile and;
2. Provide a good representative sample of the waste to be disposed of at the facility.
After CBM has reviewed the questionnaire and sample, we may then require additional analysis by a certified laboratory. These precautions protect you and ensure compliance with the EPA and other regulatory organizations.
If the waste to be processed DOES NOT fall into any of the above categories, CALIFORNIA Bio-Mass, Inc., needs to obtain the following information prior to acceptance:
1. A complete CALIFORNIA Bio-Mass, Inc., Waste Generator Pre-qualification Questionnaire; and a Waste Hauler Profile questionnaire;
2. A good representative sample of the waste to be disposed of at the facility, and
3. A waste water profile analyzed by a certified laboratory for the following:
• Total volatile toxic organics per EPA methods 601 and 602, reported in mg/l
• Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons
• Total identifiable Chlorinated Hydrocarbons reported in mg/*
• Heavy metals:
- Total Arsenic reported in mg/l
- Total Chromium reported in mg/l
- Total Copper reported in mg/l
- Total Chloride reported in mg/l
- Total Selenium reported in mg/l
- Total Molybdenum reported mg/l
- Total Cyanide reported in mg/l
- Total Chloroform reported in mg/l
- Total Zinc reported in mg/l
