PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
CBM Seed Cover/Top Dressing is a finely-screened organic compost made up of decomposed vegetative material. This is a 100% recycled organic product.
PRODUCT USES
This product is specifically designed for newly seeded lawns. Its high-bulk density helps to keep grass seed in place after light rolling or slight compaction. Approximately 1/4"-1/2" of CBM Seed Cover should be applied at the time of seeding . The amount applied depends on seed size. Use less seed cover on small seeded turf species such as Bermuda and blue grasses.
PRODUCT ANALYSIS
The elevated ECe value of the mix is not harmful to germination of turf grass seed, however, plant species sensitive to high salinity can experience slow growth and product should only be used as an amendment.
